After two years in our current office we have moved to the office space right next door. Our new entrance is just six feet to the left of our current location, literally right next door!

We'll still offer the drop box in the new office door for after hours or weekend rent payments (no cash please!)

We're excited to offer a more comfortable environment when you come to visit, pay rent, or apply to rent with us.

Same Company, New Name!

As some of you know, Tom Guy Management Company was purchased by long-time employee Andy Ek in November 2007. We have operated as "Tom Guy Management" since that time.

The time has now come to begin transitioning signs, websites and email addresses into the new company name, Ek Properties, Inc.

Some tenants have asked if rent checks should now be make payable to the new company. We will be mailing a notice to all tenants in November detailing this change and the timeline for the transition.
