Same Company, New Name!
Thursday, October 29, 2009 at 10:15AM As some of you know, Tom Guy Management Company was purchased by long-time employee Andy Ek in November 2007. We have operated as "Tom Guy Management" since that time.
The time has now come to begin transitioning signs, websites and email addresses into the new company name, Ek Properties, Inc.
Some tenants have asked if rent checks should now be make payable to the new company. We will be mailing a notice to all tenants in November detailing this change and the timeline for the transition.
